The incumbent will be responsible for demand generation, account review and planning and presales, as part of the Sales operations team and maximize revenue growth for Fractal.
S/He would lead a team of demand generation consultants and will be responsible for the team and individual KPIs like # of conversations, # of proposals etc.
S/He would lead a team pre-sales consultants and will be responsible for end-to-end program management of all proposals, bids, RFPs, RFIs and other strategic pursuits including solution detailing, pricing and right-to-win win themes.
S/He will work closely with sales leadership team to align and support sales & revenue targets including forecasting and key account planning/reviews.
Qualification & Experience
7-10 years experience in similar sales operation roles – presales and demand generation – in a technology or analytics services organization.
Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (On-site/Off-shore etc)
Strong program management skills and ability to pull in stakeholders across the organization and drive collaboration in a time critical scenario is must have.
Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-cultural, dispersed and multi-party teams & working within a matrix structure to create robust pipeline, aligned with revenue targets is must
Ability to story-board key themes and messages and help build winning client pitches and propositions
Detail-oriented; demonstrated organizational and communication skills
