X_Engagement Manager, HR Analytics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform as an SME in the area of Operations analytics, covering areas like HR analytics, Contact center analytics, IT operations analytics and Spend analytics
  • Responsible for building new capabilities, consulting with clients, working with sales team to take these capabilities to clients and finally leading a team to deliver these projects
  • Supports the sales / consulting teams to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
  • Utilizes technology and analytical tools to develop and analyze enterprise-wide people and other cross-functional data as needed.
  • Brings thought leadership and industry best practices to continuously build upon these capabilities

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 8-10 years of data/statistical analysis experience.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and assignments simultaneously and work effectively in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Must be a detail-oriented and exhibiting creative problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced level computer skills in MS Excel including VBA Macros, R, SAS, Tableau
  • Must have led/worked on projects in areas of Operations analytics, including HR analytics, Contact center analytics, spend analytics and IT operations analytics
  • Should have experience in incubating and selling new capabilities/solutions in the above areas
  • Communicates well and confident in interacting with senior client executives
