Client Partner

The person should come with strong analytics and consulting background. The person will be responsible to lead the client relationship & engagement for all client projects. The person will manage one large key client with Fractal.

Build Consulting Practice

  • To take abstract businesses issues and derive and implement an analytic solution that will resolve the issues for the clients.
  • To solution and recognize when the client’s needs and the needs of the business are not aligned and propose a remedy for alignment.
  • Develop project plans, including scope definition, timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage expectations of both internal and external personnel
  • Serve as project lead on multiple engagements
  • Clearly articulate project goals and objectives to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Assist with business development for analytical and integrated solutions projects, including RFP response and sales presentations
  • Demonstrated ability to balance thought leadership with taking direction from senior management.
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple, complex client projects and relationships. Meet deadlines &  end to end project management
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build deep client relations & lead the client by offering them support
  • Ability to structure a matrix team and timelines to meet client’s objectives.
  • Liaison with clients and internal account teams on analytical issues, such as predictive modeling, segmentation, experimental design, LTV, program evaluation.
  • Ability to mentor, grow and train staff.

Desired skills & xxperience:
Experience in client consulting & relationship management along with project management and SAS experience (preferred). This person should exhibit leadership in thought & action. Ability to collaborate across different geographies and cultures is key requirement. 

  • Problem solving and delivering analytic solutions in Technology vertical. Preferably in a consulting firm, Technology practice
  • Proficient in Database Marketing and Analytics using Data Management and Analytical Methods.
  • Analytics capabilities in the areas of visualization platforms like Tableau, Soptfire. 
  • Deep Knowledge in multivariate statistical and modeling techniques using SAS, R and like modeling tools
  • Knowledge with traditional databases platforms (Teradata, Oracle, DB2 etc), SQL and ETL tools and campaign management tools like UNICA.
  • High on organization; presentation and communication skills
  • 7+ years of professional experience in internal / external consulting, preferably in professional services firm with expertise in SAS and analytics consulting (preferred).

Qualification:
MBA or advanced degree in a quantitative discipline, preferably Mathematics/Statistics or similar
