Job Responsibilities

At Fractal, an Analytics Practitioner would use Data mining, mapping, harmonization, and statistical modeling to solve business problems for Fortune 500 companies across the globe. Develop and implement analytical processes and solutions that generate actionable insights for the client.

  • Understand business requirements and translate those into deliverable
  • Identify and eliminate possible obstacles and identify alternative solutions
  • Effectively communicate business, technical and product information at all levels
  • Completely hands-on with work and ready to thrive and excel in a really challenging environment

The ideal candidate will be/ have:

  • Analytics savvy with >=3 yrs experience
  • Project management skills to manage and cope with changing requirements in a fast paced environment. 
  • Should have the capability to design the analysis, as well as drive its usage and prove value to the business.
  • Should have influenced decision making by presenting recommendations/ insights
  • Modeling experience – MMM (Media mix modeling), Marketing analytics, customer segmentation, Churn analytics etc.
  • Experience in analytics techniques like segmentation
  • Experience in working with SQL/SAS/R.
  • The candidate should be comfortable working with large datasets
  • Experienced in dashboard creation and visualization
  • Experience in solving marketing problems such as improving customer behavior, tracking product performance etc. (Added)
