Engagement Manager, Analytics

Strong Onsite Engagement manager for multiple clients & projects in New York City, New Jersey & Piscataway 

Role & Responsibilities
o Build, develop & maintain client relationships globally for Analytics roadmaps in CPG domain
o Consult with new ideas in analytics solutions in predictive analytics, artificial intelligence & machine learning
o Lead multiple engagements, client meetings, facilitate delivery in Analytics projects
o Work with Marketing & Sales functions through Analytics & Consumer Insights teams in various projects
o Lead and adhere to project management timelines and quality of delivery, forecast people requirement, other business needs
o Develop sophisticated analytical frameworks
o Manage and communicate with stakeholders, ensure that the teams follow operational discipline 
o Lead onsite team of consultants for daily deliverables, meetings, issue resolution, brainstorming
o Delighting clients with customer experience & pleasant journey through the project
o Be face of Fractal for the clients, maintain the good brand
o Be the Risk Manager for all projects

• Good to have
o Embed Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in all projects & proposals
o Help in Hands-on Activities to Create collateral
o Cross-learn and collaborate to demo solutions to other clients
o Design mock-ups for the solutions – visualizations/solution approaches
o Share status updates every week in a standard format; Share minutes of meetings with clients & offshore team after every meeting; Liaison between clients & offshore teams
o Conduct Socialization and review with client stakeholders; User acceptance testing sessions; Trainings 
o Track adoption of solutions in client environment
o Raise flags to clients in case of failure to meet dependencies

Qualification & Experience
• 5+ years CPG-Retail domain expertise
• 7-10 years Analytics experience 
• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics/ Statistics or equivalent
• Strong analytical/ logical thinking skills and clarity of thought
• Clear & articulate communication with senior executives
• Enable and demonstrate innovative thinking and inspire innovative action
• Exhibit a commitment to being a team player with a flexible “can do” attitude and strong interpersonal skills; be a Self-Starter; Accountable
• Possess cross-cultural/geographical sensitivities
• Excellent MS powerpoint, excel, word skills
• Able to create a strong engagement in the Fractal team
• Dynamic personality, Ambitious, Agile
• Crisp email writing, good presentation skills, co-ordinate multiple meetings & multi-task many client meetings
