We are looking for a smart, independent & innovative thinker who can own and create efficiency in our HR operations. The individual will focus on creating the right frameworks, processes and checks in place to make sure that our data is 100% right. This is not just an operations role, this will serve as the bedrock of Fractal’s internal people analytics.
Ownership of systems:
Experience : 2 to 4 years
Qualification: MBA in HR preferably (Graduation in technology would be highly desirable)
